How to get your money back? In other words how to request a refund?
- Open your KUARIO account on your mobile device on online account
- Click on the cog wheel for setting
- Go to you account setting
- Select withdrawal
- Select the required wallet ( if you have multiple wallets)
- Agree to the KUARIO withdrawal policy
- Confirm by clicking Request witdrawal
- An overview is displayed
- Click on Approve withdrawal
The withdrawal amount will deducted from tyour KUARIO wallet and the mony will be paid onto the payment method you use for the top up.
