Yes, it is possible to request a refund of your KUARIO balance via the KUARIO app or KUARIO portal. However, there are limitations due to international anti-money laundering regulations. You can only request a refund of the maximum value of your last top-up transaction. Additionally, we can only facilitate the refund to the same (bank) account number or other payment method you used for your last top-up. For example, if your last top-up was 10 £ via PayPal, you can request a refund of up to 10 £ . This amount will be credited to your PayPal account, minus the administration fees for this transaction. If your balance exceeds your last top-up transaction, you can send a refund request to refund@kuario.com.
